The Good-to-Know Stuff
Flexible Cancellation
| Stays under 7 nights | Cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. |
| Stays of 7 to 29 nights | Cancel up to 6 days before check-in for a full refund. |
| Stays of 30+ nights | Cancel up to 29 days before check-in for a full refund. If you cancel within 29 days of check-in, we refund everything except 13 nights. |
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Arrivals & Departures
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am.
About Your Apartment Assignment
Your reservation may be assigned to a different unit of the same type within the same property. The unit number may change, but the layout and features will stay the same. If this happens on a stay of more than 14 nights, you will receive one night free.
Your Safety Comes First
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for every booking. This is part of our safety and verification process.
