Job brief
We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manger to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including sales and marketing assignments and from time to time to assist our field supervisor with field related tasks.we are a growing company and we are looking for a proactive person who can handle pressure and consider himself dynamic for a very dynamic position.
Office Assistant Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Answering sales calls and booking the company apartments
- Answering customer calls and providing customer service
- Providing support to our field supervisor
- Handling payments to vendors and suppliers, ordering items,document transactions
- Marketing
- Issuing reports
- Invoicing, collection of rents, deposits
- Administrative and clerical tasks as per office manger requests
- Check in & out guests at times
- Inspecting apartments at times
Requirements
- Knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word etc.)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler (google calander etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- High energy and being able to work in the weekends and after hours
- Car and driver licence
